Privacy Policy

IMPORTANT PRIVACY INFORMATION

To provide the service, we will ask you to enter your date of birth, gender, current weight and height, target weight, fitness level, problem areas, exercise and dietary preferences, as well as answer certain lifestyle-related questions. We also automatically collect data from your device settings, such as language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, device settings, operating system, internet service provider, mobile carrier, hardware ID, Facebook ID, and other unique identifiers (such as IDFA and AAID). We need this data to provide our services, analyze how our customers use the service, and serve ads.

To improve our service and display advertisements, we use third-party solutions. As a result, we may process data using solutions developed by Amazon, Amplitude, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Pinterest, Customer.io, Solidgate, and Intercom. Consequently, some data is stored and processed on the servers of these third parties. This allows us to:

  1. Analyze different interactions (e.g., how often users subscribe, the average weight and height of our users, how many users select a specific area for improvement).
  2. Serve advertisements (e.g., display them only to a specific group of users, such as those who have already made a purchase).

As a result, we can better understand which features and content are most valuable to you and focus on enhancing them to improve your experience and the quality of our products.

Read our Privacy Policy below to learn more about how we handle your data, what data privacy rights are available to you, and who will be the data controller. If you have any unanswered questions, please contact us at contact@ishape.app.
